Speaking of binders…

October 17, 2012 By Dawn Leave a Comment

Do they still make Trapper Keepers? Because those were awesome, with their wraparound flap and Velcro closure.

Question: Post-it Note technology has advanced and I can only assume the field of magnetics has as well. Such being the case, why can’t we do away with binders altogether and program like to stay with like? So, for example, my geography papers would have some sort of preprogrammed sticky/adhesive or magnetic strip that would keep them together, and/or enable them to find one another in the bottom of my Hello Kitty book bag, forming a detachable sheaf.

Can someone explain to me why this hasn’t been done? Lack of imagination? Lack of capital?

Or is this like the time I invented an amusement park ride that my engineer father insisted could never work?
